What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical support to the product team and merchants on new products and integrations
  • Prepare customized POS test scripts and generate test results throughout the testing process
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
  • Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third-party processors, and project managers
  • Coordinate testing with partner technicians to ensure quality assurance before system deployment
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma and relevant post-secondary education or experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French/English) required
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures consistently
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to convey clear specifications and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of Tandem and Base-24 systems
  • Familiarity with credit card operations (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) and Interac regulations
