What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide technical support to the product team and merchants on new products and integrations
- Prepare customized POS test scripts and generate test results throughout the testing process
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
- Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third-party processors, and project managers
- Coordinate testing with partner technicians to ensure quality assurance before system deployment
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma and relevant post-secondary education or experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French/English) required
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures consistently
- Excellent communication and writing skills to convey clear specifications and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of Tandem and Base-24 systems
- Familiarity with credit card operations (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) and Interac regulations
- Strong focus on detail, problem-solving, and investigative skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks under tight deadlines
- Willingness to take ownership of work to drive continuous performance improvements
