Responsibilities

  • Handle faxes (incoming/outgoing) timely and appropriately
  • Organize work schedules to accommodate multiple time zones
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
  • High School Diploma or post-secondary schooling preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and French (oral and written) for Quebec and New Brunswick provinces
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with faxing software (MyFax or Right Fax)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and assist team members during increased workloads
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
