VetStrategy's WAVES hospital in Victoria, BC is seeking a Board-Certified Veterinary Criticalist to join a 24/7 emergency and multi‑specialty team. The role focuses on high acuity care, mentorship, and collaboration across specialties to deliver top-tier veterinary services.

The successful candidate will be board-certified (DACVECC/DECVECC), engage in staff coaching, and educate clients while contributing to a dynamic, well‑supported practice with strong relocation and benefits.

Salary: $200,000 plus production bonus.

About The Hospital

Westcoast Animal Veterinary Emergency Specialty Hospital (WAVES) is an emergency and multi‑specialty hospital in Victoria, BC, opening April 2019. The 9,700‑sq‑ft facility offers 24/7 care, boarded specialists in surgery, neurology, internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, cardiology, an in‑house lab, ICU, digital radiology, ultrasound, MRI, CT, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and three fully equipped surgical suites. We handle high‑acuity cases from all over Vancouver Island.
