We are currently seeking a Talent and Development Specialist to join the wider People and Capability team in our Perth office.
This is an amazing opportunity reporting to the Manager: Talent and Capability; for a 6‑month fixed term offering on a part‑time, 3 days per week roster. (Office days can be flexible.)
The Talent & Development Specialist is accountable for delivering and enhancing key Talent and Capability initiatives that build organisational capability, support talent planning, and promote employee wellbeing.
The Talent & Capability team support succession planning, facilitate the AGAA Graduate and Vacation Student Programs, and lead wellbeing projects that align with organisational priorities and compliance obligations.
This role works collaboratively with the team on key work priorities and works with stakeholders to maintain progress on Talent and Capability projects. This person plays a key role in supporting operational delivery across our talent and succession programmes.
