A leading regional airline is looking for a Specialist, Strategic Systems Implementation - Crew Scheduling in Toronto. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in crew scheduling, strong collaborative skills, and familiarity with scheduling technologies including Jeppesen and Sabre. Job Summary
As we embark on a transformative project to implement a unified fleet tracking, crew tracking, and airport turn management solution, we are seeking a Specialist, Strategic Systems Implementation - Crew Scheduling to represent crew scheduling functions throughout the program.
This role will serve as a key functional workstream lead and will report into the Business Lead responsible for overall implementation. The Specialist, Strategic Systems Implementation - Crew Scheduling will ensure crew operational requirements and change impacts are fully integrated into the design, build, and rollout of new systems and processes.
The Specialist, Strategic Systems Implementation - Crew Scheduling is responsible for representing crew scheduling perspectives throughout all phases of the strategic systems implementation project. This individual will act as the subject matter authority for crew scheduling operations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support design, integration, and change management.
