Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Nutrition and Intestinal Failure Pharmacist to join its renowned pharmacy team in Oxford. You will support nutrition patients, participate in PN rounds, and collaborate with a wide MDT to implement new ways of working.

The role offers opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills within a nationally designated specialist centre and to contribute to service transformation across inpatient and homecare settings.

Mansioni

• Advise on medicines management for nutrition support.
• Participate in daily inpatient PN ward rounds across sites.
• Liaise with nursing/medical staff for vascular access device insertion.
• Act as a non-medical prescriber for PN patients.
• Attend nutrition MDT meetings for inpatients and outpatients.
• Offer advice on home PN management to the nutrition team and patients.
