Marketbridge is seeking a Specialist, Marketing Technology to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of best-in-class demand marketing campaigns and programs leveraging marketing technology platforms and tools.
As a key member of our Marketing Technology & Operations group, this role is ideal for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented technologist who enjoys connecting data between platforms, building automated campaigns and workflows, creating digital assets (e.g. emails, landing pages), and ensuring campaigns and automations run seamlessly. You’ll work alongside senior architects, developers, and marketing operations leaders to bring marketing strategies to life through well‑built, scalable technology solutions.
As part of the Marketing Technology & Operations practice, you’ll contribute to platform setup and integrations across CRM, Marketing Automation, ABM, and analytics environments. You’ll help ensure that marketing systems are configured correctly, data moves accurately, and teams have the right tools and automation to execute campaigns efficiently.

We aim to offer competitive and fair compensation based on experience, location, and market benchmarks. The salary range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000 CAD.
