Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Product Manager to join its Product Team in a hybrid role based in Toronto, with a requirement of working at least three days per week in the office. You will help create innovative digital experiences for Marsh clients globally.

You will write user stories, partner with engineering, design, analytics, and sales, and apply research and data insights to prioritize features and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management experience.
  • 1-2+ years using data (Tableau, Google Analytics, Hive, SQL) to analyze trends and inform decisions.
  • Hands-on experience partnering with engineering on agile product delivery and documenting requirements (e.g., user stories).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver who can adapt to change and optimize product outcomes.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Team at Marsh. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in creating innovative digital experiences for Marsh clients and clients globally.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in our Toronto office.

We will count on you to:

  • Champion the strategic product development process, prioritizing customer needs

  • Write user stories for engineering, design, and analytics teams.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Partner Management, Marketing, and others to craft and deliver best-in-class digital insurance experiences.

  • Apply insights from qualitative customer and marketplace research and data analysis to continuously inform new feature prioritization and ongoing enhancements.

  • Proactively identify and evangelize product best practices globally.

  • Play a key role in advancing the culture of the organization.

What you need to have:

  • 2+ years of product management experience

  • 1-2+ years of experience using data (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Hive, SQL) to deeply explore trends and drivers, thereby facilitating well-informed business choices.

  • Hands‑on experience in partnering with engineering teams on agile product delivery and documenting requirements (e.g., user stories).

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • A creative problem solver who can address challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and make strategic adjustments to optimize product outcomes.
