What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical lead for the support and configuration of IBM Maximo and MAS 9 environments
- Design and deliver innovative solutions to enhance asset and work management operations
- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and engage with stakeholders across various business units
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of IT experience with at least 5 years supporting IBM Maximo
- In-depth understanding of maintenance, asset management, and supply chain processes
- Experience integrating Maximo with Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications in Maximo, MAS 9, or Oracle systems
- Familiarity with Copperleaf and/or asset investment planning platforms
- Experience with SAP Work Manager and/or Plant Maintenance
- Knowledge of field mobility tools such as Maximo Mobile or Salesforce Field Services
- ITIL certification or experience with IT service management processes
