What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as the technical lead for the support and configuration of IBM Maximo and MAS 9 environments
• Design and deliver innovative solutions to enhance asset and work management operations
• Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions

• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience with at least 5 years supporting IBM Maximo
• In-depth understanding of maintenance, asset management, and supply chain processes
• Experience integrating Maximo with Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Certifications in Maximo, MAS 9, or Oracle systems
• Familiarity with Copperleaf and/or asset investment planning platforms
• Experience with SAP Work Manager and/or Plant Maintenance
• Knowledge of field mobility tools such as Maximo Mobile or Salesforce Field Services
• ITIL certification or experience with IT service management processes
