Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for the support and configuration of IBM Maximo and MAS 9 environments
• Design and implement solutions to enhance asset and work management operations
• Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions
• Support integration between Maximo and other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP and Copperleaf
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years in IT with at least 5 years supporting IBM Maximo
• In-depth understanding of maintenance, asset management, and supply chain processes
• Experience with integrating Maximo with Oracle ERP and other systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Maximo, MAS 9, or Oracle systems are a strong asset
• Experience with Copperleaf and/or asset investment planning platformsFamiliarity with SAP Work Manager and/or Plant Maintenance
• Experience with field mobility tools (e.g., Maximo Mobile, Salesforce Field Services)
• ITIL certification or working knowledge of IT service management processes
