As our Specialist, Hydrology and Climate Change Adaptation, you’ll bring technical expertise in climate analysis, water balance modelling, and hydrological risk management to strengthen how we design, operate, and close our assets worldwide.
Based at our Perth corporate office within the Group Technical team, this newly created role will support the development and implementation of Gold Fields’ climate adaptation and integrated water balance frameworks.
You’ll help assess how changing climatic conditions influence surface water systems, tailings storage facilities, and water-retaining structures, ensuring our operations are designed to thrive under future climate scenarios.
Working closely with our assets and other Group Functions, you’ll turn complex climate and hydrological data into actionable insights that drive better decision-making and long-term resilience.
