Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Specialist, Business Banking Services to deliver sales, service, and advisory support for small businesses in a remote environment across Canada. You will advise customers on Business Banking strategies and products (including credit cards) that meet their objectives and priorities. Fulfill sales and service activities for the customer in accordance with approved procedures. You will identify and make referrals to other business groups as needed.• Handle customer inquiries in an informed, professional, and efficient manner.• Escalate complex or unresolved customer situations to the appropriate BMO colleague as required.• Perform any required activities & transactional outcomes after calls to ensure customer's requests are accurately processed. Refer to other business groups as needed.• Maintain current knowledge of business banking and credit card products & processes and integrate into customer conversations in a professional manner.• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and Bank information and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements appropriate for the jurisdiction. Report issues as needed to protect the bank and our customers.• Engage clients in holistic needs-based conversations to develop a complete understanding of the Business Banking needs and identify financial solutions to fulfill immediate and future needs.
