Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with aerospace special processes.
• In-depth knowledge of NADCAP audit criteria and aerospace standards.
• Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and material behavior.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain special process procedures ensuring compliance.
• Manage and host NADCAP and customer audits for special processes.
• Develop robust corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
• Conduct process validation and lead First Article Inspection activities.
