• Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone.
• Check in clients through booking system.
• Multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships.
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care.
• Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance.
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.
• Various other duties.
