Assistant Store Manager

Swimco is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to continue building its reputation for an outstanding customer service experience through a highly trained team of individuals. Key Responsibilities
  • Model exceptional customer service, professionalism, strong work ethic, integrity and respect for others.
  • Work collaboratively with Store Manager to manage action plans for store and strive to achieve objectives and deliverables in aa fast paced selling environment.
  • Driven to create, build and cultivate relationship-building behaviors with customers to drive customer loyalty and Swimco employees to maintain a high morale.
  • Passionate about selling. Motivated by a compensation system that rewards success in a team environment.
  • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions independently as well as multi-task in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Three or more years of specialty retailing experience preferred with an emphasis on selling. Two year of leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong sales experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
  • An essential function of the job is the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Retail and fashion are always changing, so flexibility and ability to adapt to any situation, the environment, challenges, job duties, and work schedules are pillars to your success.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written.
