Eton College is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing the main kitchen and supporting our team across Bekynton and related catering areas. You will ensure timely preparation, contribute to menu planning and uphold food safety and allergen procedures.
The role requires experience in a similar environment, a Level 3 Food Safety certificate, and strong leadership to inspire the kitchen brigade. The College offers a generous benefits package and term-time-friendly hours.
