Fortinos, part of Loblaw Companies, is seeking talented store leaders to grow sales, delight customers and drive results. As a Manager in one of our Brampton stores, you will influence daily operations and customer experiences.

You will lead, coach and develop teammates, maintain merchandising and operational standards, and strive to meet departmental targets. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a unionized environment is required.

Formación

• Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior department-specific experience.
• Create a positive workplace by developing relationships and engaging colleagues.
• Previous management experience in retail or food services.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and Holidays in a Unionized environment.
