Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate leadership: manage, motivate and maximize employee performance (team of 15 to 20) in the sorting area.
  • Be organized: plan the workflow and ensure that employees understand and perform their tasks well. Ensure the onboarding of new sorters in the station.
  • Be productive: set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans.
  • Multitasking: prepare and organize the sorting station (boxes / envelopes), supervise all activities related to sorting packages and monitor the progress of packages per hour according to established objectives.
  • Be diligent: ensure the cleanliness of the work area and the use of safe work methods and behaviors within his team.
Qualifications
  • Be able to work in an environment where deadlines are very tight and adapt very quickly to the needs of the business.
  • Be able to communicate proficiently in English.
  • Have general computer skills (Office365).
  • Have basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Have warehouse experience, supervising and / or managing employees.
