Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview-position candidate to manage and oversee the entire sort operations within a FedEx Ground facility. The role supports the Safety Above All Culture, ensuring adherence to FXG policies and governmental regulations.

Candidates will demonstrate a strong operations background and the ability to work within shift variations. The incumbent should hold a bachelor’s degree, have several years of business and logistics experience, and possess a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Four (4) years business experience.
• Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry preferred.
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities
