TD is seeking a Senior Solution Architect in Toronto to develop detailed solution designs across SDS, acting as a subject matter expert through the lifecycle. You will lead end-to-end solutions by coordinating stakeholders, estimating efforts, and ensuring designs meet business and architecture standards.

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCUSTOMERResponsible for developing and documenting detailed solution design within SDS and act as an application SME through the design and development lifecycle ensuring alignment with ArchitectureMay also be accountable for complex applications/systems development, programming /codingLead the creation of solution options and ultimately a comprehensive end-to-end solution and coordinate relevant stakeholders, as required to support development initiativesProvide estimates for new projects and initiatives for the development / design component of the overall plan working with relevant team members / stakeholdersDevelop functional, technical and user interface designs for an application / system that meets the defined requirements (business, enterprise architecture direction, system performance and development standards)Consult on development of the System Requirements Specification (SRS) and apply functional knowledge of business functions to design optimal software / systemsSHAREHOLDERReview technical deliverables throughout detailed design and development phase to ensure quality adherence and identify gaps or redesign requirements as neededWork with the Technology Project Manager, Business Analysts / Systems Analysts, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the applicationComply with well-defined enterprise technology delivery practices and standards and project management disciplines, business technology architecture, and risk and production capacity -
