Job Summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking an enthusiastic Solutions Architect to join our dynamic Application Development Team in a permanent full‑time position. This position reports to the VP, Applications and Security Services. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high‑performing technical solutions that support our Clinic Operations Division. You will collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to architect end‑to‑end solutions that align with Lifemark’s strategic objectives and technical standards.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for modern architecture practices. You can design and communicate high‑level solutions and have the experience to ensure practical and effective implementation. You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery and enjoy working cross‑functionally across teams and domains.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural design of scalable and maintainable software solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
  • Guide the development team on architectural best practices and design patterns
  • Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements
  • Support and mentor developers in technical implementation and problem‑solving
  • Document system architectures and technical designs
  • Participate in proof of concepts, code reviews, architecture reviews, and design sessions
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms to improve system capabilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of cloud migration and modernization initiatives
Your Tech Skills
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in software development with a strong background in .NET Core and C#
  • 2 to 3 years of experience designing enterprise‑grade solutions and distributed systems
  • Experience architecting applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred)
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design
  • Strong grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD, IaC, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and related database design best practices
  • Familiarity with front‑end technologies (JavaScript / Typescript, React, or similar)
  • Proficiency with tools like Git, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and automated testing frameworks
  • Understanding of modern authentication and authorization protocols (SAML2, OAuth2, OpenID
    Connect)
  • Experience with legacy modernization (e.g., migrating .NET Framework to .NET Core)
  • Experience with AI technologies or integrating AI‑powered services is considered an asset
