As a Solution Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, optimizing, and implementing enterprise software solutions to enhance business processes and user workflows. Accountabilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise platforms, including features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system architecture, data flows, and project updates to enhance visibility and support decision‑making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to elevate and resolve complex challenges.
  • Deliver training sessions, resources, and documentation to educate users on platform capabilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback, identifying areas for improvement and advocating for user needs.
  • Monitor platform usage trends, generate reports, and provide insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product and project management teams to align solutions with business goals and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution design or healthcare software applications.
  • Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Visio.
  • Experience with data mapping and healthcare messaging standards is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to create user‑friendly documentation, training materials, and support materials.
  • Knowledge of design thinking principles, user story creation, and use case writing.
