Serve as a subject matter expert on the Sage platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of existing system architecture and data flows, as well as project-related updates, to enhance visibility into the current ecosystem and support informed decision‑making.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered by users, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to elevate and resolve complex issues.
Develop and deliver training sessions, documentation, and resources to educate users on Sage’s capabilities and new features.
Provide one‑on‑one and group support to help teams optimize their workflows with Sage.
Stay updated on Sage platform updates and communicate relevant changes or improvements to users.
Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback, identifying areas for improvement in the Sage platform and related processes.
Collaborate with product development teams to advocate for user needs and priorities.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand user requirements, drive adoption and ensure the platform aligns with business goals.
Monitor usage trends to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and training.
Generate reports and insights on platform usage to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify key business requirements whilst using data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Designs for constraint, and plans for iterative or phased delivery, and scalable solutions.
Liaise with Product and Project Management to regularly review and refine the product roadmap to align with changing business priorities and customer needs.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with healthcare software applications
Experience working in an Agile environment
Experience using JIRA and Confluence
Experience in MS Office tools including Visio
Experience with data mapping and Healthcare message standards are a plus
Strong user story or use case writing skills and knowledge of design thinking principles.
Excellent discovery and active listening skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and requirements to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating user‑friendly documentation and training materials.
Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or supply chain industries, supporting logistics, quality and finance functions along with controls discipline and insight accelerator and continuous improvement focus.
