Position at Resolver

Resolver operates as a hybrid workforce with the option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both.

As a Solution Consultant, you will delight customers by solving business problems with technology. You are a customer advocate, guiding Resolver’s SaaS implementations by distinguishing between wants and needs, providing recommendations, configuring off-the-shelf software, and administering training on best practices.

You will partner with Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to deliver implementations that typically take 8-12 months. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping the work engaging yet manageable.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Project Delivery (100%)

Measures of success: customer feedback (NPS, references), peer feedback, utilization, and project margin.

Lead and participate in end-to-end software implementations to maximize customer value.

Consultation & Requirements Gathering

  • Educate customers on successful implementation requirements.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Create design recommendations and secure agreement on designs that meet customer needs and industry best practices.

Project Management

  • Establish a shared vision of project success during initiation.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks, communicating effectively with customers and management.
  • Lead regular project discussions to review work plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions, ensuring timely project completion.

Configuration

  • Configure our no-code software based on the design, ensuring quality and minimizing rework.

Customer Training

  • Deliver training sessions for administrators, trainers, and end-users, and create training materials (documents, decks, videos).

People Who Excel :

  • 6-8+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise off-the-shelf software or incident management solutions.
  • Experience with Visio, MS Project, MS Office, and CRMs like Salesforce.
  • Experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Regulatory Compliance is a bonus.
  • Excellent at making customers happy, managing multiple projects, and communicating effectively.
  • Self-starter with accountability and a commitment to continuous learning.
