Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of IT architecture and design experience.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe technologies (COBOL, CICS, DB2) and modernization strategies.

- Develop clear documentation, including architectural blueprints, models, workflows, and diagrams to support modernization and roadmap initiatives
- Communicate technical concepts in a manner that is understandable to stakeholders at all levels
