Job summary

JAPR Inc. in Winnipeg, MB, is hiring Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects to lead architectural design and technology strategy on enterprise IT and SAP transformation programs for provincial government clients. You will design end-to-end SAP/ERP architectures and oversee data migration strategies.

This senior role requires extensive experience in data architecture, migration, and MDM. You will mentor data teams, communicate with senior executives, and ensure alignment with government

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience working in data migration projects in technically complex enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience in a Data Architect role.
• Expert knowledge of Data Architecture techniques, data management, integration, and quality platforms.
• Expert knowledge of at least one enterprise ETL tool (SAP BODS, Informatica, Talend, etc.).
• Minimum 5 years developing and implementing standards, principles, guidelines, strategies, and roadmaps for Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check; enhanced background check may be required.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience establishing data migration strategy for SAP S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience with SAP BODS, LTMC, LSMW, BDC, SAP CPI, IDocs
• Exposure to TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent EA frameworks
• Public sector or regulated industry experience
• Located in or willing to relocate to / travel onsite to Winnipeg, MB
