Job summary

Procom is seeking a Solution Architect in Toronto, ON, for a 10-month contract with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite). The role focuses on leading Maximo configurations, integrations, and mobile solution development within the EWMS Program.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in IBM Maximo MAS/Mobile and 12+ years leading large implementations, plus strong design and technical direction skills. Collaboration with vendors and cross-divisional workshops are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of demonstrable experience with IBM Maximo MAS, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.x.
• 12+ years leading large-scale IBM Maximo implementations.
• Proficient in providing expert advice, solution design, and post-implementation support.
• Skilled in gathering business requirements and designing Maximo-based solutions.
• Strong background in leading development teams and providing technical direction.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integrations, automation frameworks, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with legacy data conversion, data mapping, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Work with Divisions to configure or implement Maximo systems per divisional requirements.
• Lead Divisional workshops and create functional design documents.

• Track problems, defects, and issues within a large project.

This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.Solution Architect - Job Description:The Solution Architect will support the EWMS Program by implementing work management solutions within the technology ecosystem.
