Job description

We are looking for candidates for the position of Solution Architect. The job is dedicated to an international pharmaceutical company.

The person in this position will be responsible for designing and maintaining the Basecamp 2.0 (BC2) solution architecture, ensuring compliance with project objectives and long-term scalability of the platform.

This role combines both technical and functional elements, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing systems, integrations, and E2E process alignment within the Pharmaceutical and Diagnostics sector.

Obowiązki

• Designing and maintaining the BC2 solution architecture, including integration, reporting, and scalability
• Ensuring that the architecture complies with business objectives and corporate standards
• Working with external system architects (MES, LIMS, ERP) to create sustainable integration patterns
• Collaborating with IT and business teams in Europe and the US on solution planning and implementation
• Supporting business analysts and product teams in translating requirements into concrete solutions
• Assessing the impact of changes and recommending risk mitigation strategies
• Documenting and communicating architecture in a manner consistent for technical and business teams

Wymagania

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT
• Experience as a Solution Architect (preferably in the architecture of solutions for production systems)
• Knowledge of IT / OT integration in regulated environments (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
• Experience in environments requiring intensive integration (MES, LIMS, ERP, reporting tools)
• Knowledge of solution and data architecture design, including formal methodologies and architectural patterns
• Good knowledge of business processes and the ability to translate them into solution designs
• English language skills enabling fluent communication (min. B2 / C1)
