We are actively seeking a solicitor with 3 years of experience to join our thriving and collaborative legal team. Whether your background is in real estate corporate, commercial wills and estates, or general solicitor work, we are less interested in where you have been and more interested in where you want to go.

We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn and ready to soar. If you bring drive, curiosity, and ambition, we’ll give you the runway.

The work we do is complex and rewarding, and we think most solicitors will need at least three years of practice to succeed in this role. That said, we also know that years alone don’t equal experience, so if you’ve had meaningful hands‑on exposure in less time we’d still love to hear from you.

Compensation

We offer flexible compensation structures designed to meet you where you’re at, from salary to fee split or a blend of both. We also offer extended health and dental benefits as well as parental leave and other perks.

Monthly Salary: 90000 - 200000
