This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales.

CRM Trainer

The CRM Trainer will work at the Activix division of Trader Corporation and will be in charge of training and accompanying our clients in terms of their use of the CRM and on the best phone and web strategies.

As an Activix employee, you will be part of a team that is a leader in training, performance analysis and in customer relationship management tools within the automotive industry.

What will your days look like?
  • You will train our clients on the Activix CRM.
  • You will provide coaching on phone call techniques and management of web requests.
  • You will help improve and maintain the quality of customer service offered to our clients.
  • You will establish and implement a plan that is efficient with our clients.
  • You will reinforce the sale of products and CRM services.
Skills you should have:
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent capacity to adapt to any situation
  • Autonomous and resourceful
  • Bilingual (French/English) - nice to have
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
  • Experience with CRM would be an asset
  • Sales experience would be an asset
