Job Title: Software Sales Representative

Location: 2030, Boulevard Pie-IX Montréal, QC H1V 2C8 (On site)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week; shifts: Morning, Day, Evening

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 per year (negotiable)

Experience Required: 1 year to less than 2 years in software sales

Education: Bachelor's degree

Work Setting: Urban area

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders
  • Prepare sales or other contracts
  • Promote sales to existing clients
  • Identify and solicit potential clients
  • Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits of good or service
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Use sales forecasting software
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
  • Resolve product and service related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
