CS Group Canada seeks a Software Safety Engineer to advance SW-FMEA automation using LLMs, RAG, and Knowledge Graphs. You will craft automated C/C++ inspection tooling, ensuring traceability to safety controls within source code, and integrate analyses with Jira, Jama, and Polarion.
The role focuses on developing CI/CD validations and accelerating safety analysis within a 2-month contract, leveraging hybrid work arrangements.
CS Group Canada, a subsidiary of CS Group (part of the Sopra Steria Group), is a leader in the development and certification of safety-critical systems in the aerospace, electric, and autonomous driving industries.
Joining CS Group Canada means taking part in complex, high-tech projects for some of the most prestigious system manufacturers in North America, while benefiting from competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
We are seeking a Software Safety Engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and software safety engineering to support an initiative focused on accelerating Software Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (SW-FMEA).
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a two-phase dynamic safety architecture: automating the generation of unbiased SW-FMEAs from software architecture specifications and continuously validating safety controls directly within source code through modern CI/CD pipelines.
This is a 2-month contract aimed at modernizing software safety analysis processes, improving coverage, and significantly reducing analysis time as part of the ZHAP improvement initiative.
