  • Familiarity with quality assurance tools, methods, and concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll develop and execute test plans for specific features and bug fixes in our proprietary policy management system and mobile applications. You will also have the chance to leverage your business analysis skills to ensure all business requirements for new features are articulated and thoroughly scoped. Your duties will involve monitoring system usage in production, proactively identifying issues, and determining the steps necessary to reproduce them in our development environment. Moreover, you’ll be responsible for gathering requirement change requests from internal users, assessing business and technical impacts, identifying gaps in requested requirements, and participating in design sessions aimed at enhancing our business processes, operations, and flow of information.
