What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership or team lead responsibilities
• Strong background in software design, code reviews, debugging, testing, and release management
• Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Ability to mentor developers, remove technical blockers, and coordinate delivery across cross‑functional teams
• Technical expertise in one or more of the following:
• Embedded C / Firmware
• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

You’ll join a collaborative engineering team where you’ll influence technical direction, improve development practices, and play a key role in delivering high‑quality software solutions.
