What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Design, implement, and deploy baseline security controls to secure all employer applications and services
• Create security guardrails to eliminate classes of security vulnerabilities at scale
• Build automation to enhance the security review process
• Support strategic security initiatives aimed at improving overall security maturity and efficiency through automation
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, and security engineers to embed security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development
• Experience with designing and implementing automated tools in Python or Go
• Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions across various technology stacks and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• AI security experience
• Experience with building security‑related systems
• Familiarity with threat modeling methodologies and security design reviews
