About the job
This position is needed to expand the cross-channel orchestration team in Twilio.
The team is working on building the next generation low-code/no-code cross-channel orchestration platform that empowers businesses to engage with millions of customers at scale with highly personalized, data-driven interactions. We are looking for an engineer that will help build this highly available platform, integrate with several Twilio products and external systems such as data lakes, AI agents, and analytic tools to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to design core components and influence org-wide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and engage directly with multiple teams.
