Affirm is hiring for a software engineer to join the Marketplace and App Experience team. This remote Canada role collaborates with product, design and analytics to ship web and mobile apps using React, Vue and React Native, and to design APIs in Kotlin or Python.
Base pay ranges CAD 133,000–183,000 with equity rewards and health coverage. You'll break down projects, own delivery in phases, monitor metrics, and participate in interviewing to help grow the team.

The Marketplace and App Experience domain is the main pillar of our core consumer strategy, driving the user journey across all of our frontend surfaces: Mobile and Web. The teams span across multiple products and areas to engage and provide value to our customers, starting with the Home hub in the app or website, which expands into the various product offers and journeys a user can embark on with affirm. This role will be at the forefront of our front-end facing cross-team projects, working closely with other teams and engineers across our mobile and web technologies, while also evolving and collaborating with every product experience team at affirm.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by affirm holdings, inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: CAD $133,000 - $183,000This remote role is open only to candidates residing in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, or Saskatchewan.
