Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of design or architecture experience for new or existing systems.
Experience programming with at least one software language.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate core NCC platform capabilities including observability and incident detection.
Own end-to-end delivery from design to production operation.
Collaborate with applied science teams to integrate ML models into production.
Solve real-time distributed systems problems with low-latency decisions.
Operate what you build including on-call rotations and runbooks.
Contribute to technical design discussions and engineering best practices.
Mentor junior engineers on system design and quality.
