Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a hands-on Software Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role focuses on production-ready agentic systems with memory, guardrails, tool calling, and orchestration, not ML engineering or data science.

You’ll design scalable backend services, integrate with multiple internal systems, and leverage Claude Code, Codex, and Copilot to accelerate development while ensuring security and latency are optimized for enterprise needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3-5+ years building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience building Agentic AI systems and enterprise-scale GenAI solutions.
• Strong system design and software architecture skills.
• Proven track record delivering highly available, production-grade applications.
• Daily user of AI development tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions and AI-powered applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using Python (and ideally Go or Rust).
• Architect systems that integrate with multiple internal services while optimizing performance and latency.

We are seeking a hands-on Software Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions that solve real business problems. This is a software engineering role focused on creating production-ready agentic systems using context, memory, guardrails, tool calling, orchestration, and AI-driven development workflows. NOTE: this is a not ML Engineer or Data Scientist
