The Software Engineer role, part of the Solution Test Team, will help develop and implement a fully automated platform for end‑to‑end solution testing in a purpose‑built cloud environment.

Your development experience will contribute to automating the infrastructure and test management systems necessary for comprehensive workflow and real‑world scenario testing across our integrated product suites to deliver high quality medical software products.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Take direction from the Solution Test Automation Manager and work with them to understand requirements and intended designs
  • Develop / code software components for a test management system which includes load generation, data management, test automation execution, and reporting capabilities
  • Automate the scalable cloud infrastructure required to support running tests, including load generators and data management tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and continuously improve the systems delivered
  • Incorporate the use of AI appropriately to speed efficiency, quality, and outcomes in the SDLC process

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2+ years of experience in software development with languages like Python
  • 1+ years of experience in developing solutions in GCP or another cloud platform
  • 1+ years of experience in developing and implementing RESTful services and APIs
  • 1+ years of experience with SDLC and the role of the testing phase
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Terraform
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with peers and stakeholders
