We are seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the software development of Roche’s proprietary sequencing technology, SBX. In this role, you will work on translating data science concepts into scalable, production‑ready software. You will develop and optimize the systems that process DNA sequencing data, working with a team to ensure our base‑calling and sequencing algorithms are accurate, performant, and deployable.
You will develop software components for SBX data analysis pipelines. You will help build and maintain systems that process genomic data efficiently, ensuring that our solutions are performant, maintainable, and can scale to handle large datasets.
You are a Software Engineer with strong programming fundamentals and an interest in data‑intensive problems. You write clean, maintainable code and care about engineering practices in scientific computing.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 89,256.00 and 117,148.50. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors as determined by the company.
