Beyond tooling, you'll triage and resolve system and product issues by tracing problems back to their sources across hardware, network, and service layers. You'll participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders, weighing available technologies to reach sound decisions.
Code review is a regular part of the work. You'll assess code written by other developers against style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency, and provide feedback accordingly. You'll also contribute to or update documentation and educational content as products and programs change.
The posted base salary range is $150,000–$153,000 CAD per year, with individual pay determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. On top of base pay, the role carries a 15% bonus target and equity.
