Job summary

Procom is seeking a Senior ETL Software Developer for a 6-month onsite assignment in Toronto. The role focuses on data warehousing and BI development, including new development to enhance data warehousing capabilities for BI reporting.

The candidate will perform analysis, design, development, unit testing and defect fixing in a BI environment, using Oracle PL/SQL and Informatica mappings, while delivering BOE reports and data transfers to data warehouses and data marts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, BI environment analysis, design, and development.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing Crystal reports, Power BI, and BOE reports.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and testing in Informatica.
• Experience with technology solutions and development methodologies.
• Complete knowledge of SDLC methodologies, e.g., Agile development.
• Experience with Data Warehouse architecture, design, and deployment of BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, design, development, unit testing, and defect fixing in a data warehousing and BI environment using Oracle PL/SQL.
• Design, develop, and test Informatica mappings.
• Develop ETL scripts to transfer and transform data from OLTP databases to Data Warehouses and Data marts.
