Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Software Dev Engineer II for Vendor Funding in Vancouver to design multi-agent AI architectures and autonomous AI systems for financial workflows. You will own critical, auditable systems handling millions of transactions and collaborate across finance, product, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) experience.

What You'll Build

• Multi-agent AI architectures with orchestrators, specialized agents, and shared knowledge bases

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
