The Role

As Implementation Project Manager, you will manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams within a complex program to enable efficient product implementation and customer onboarding with minimal supervision. Your primary objective is to proactively manage new customer implementations, create end-to-end project plans, drive deliverables, keep stakeholders informed of status and risks, coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs, and track progress against plan. You will act as a primary liaison between customers and League’s cross-functional teams, handling both technical and non-technical discussions and translating issues and risks into actionable deliverables.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a strategic and trustworthy partner between your client and League during onboarding
  • Create and manage one or more project plans, status reports, and risk/issue logs
  • Manage program calendar and meeting schedule to ensure timely implementation
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to inform stakeholders of tasks, status, and escalated issues
  • Motivate and guide internal teams to deliver according to plan, including:
  • Marketing and Communications for engagement strategy
  • Product and Engineering for discovery meetings and customer requirements
  • Operations to ensure post-launch processes
  • Lead client discussions on implementation and activities
  • Demonstrate problem-solving to support delivery when faced with uncertainty
  • Identify dependencies and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain delivery timelines
  • Support change control processes and governance to align scope and schedule
  • Support testing initiatives and act as liaison with customer for League testing resources
  • Proactively reach out to clients and decision-makers to manage expectations and accountability
  • Manage deliverable and document control throughout implementation
  • Capture feedback and initiate CSAT surveys to improve processes
  • Foster referenceable clients who can discuss their onboarding experience
  • Apply project management best practices per internal standards
  • Partner with Delivery Lead to communicate and escalate barriers to success
  • Support internal initiatives to improve documentation and processes

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high-performance implementation capacity
  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in healthcare, consumer applications, or technology

Compensation (Canada Applicants)

Compensation range for Canada applicants only: $90,000 - $110,000 CAD. This range reflects base salary targets across Canadian locations and may vary by skills and experience. Details shared by the recruiter during hiring.
