• Titre universitaire en informatique, génie logiciel, ou domaine lié.
• Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, dont au moins 3 ans dans un rôle d'architecte.
• Conception et déploiement de systèmes complexes et à grande échelle.
• Maîtrise des patterns d'architecture (microservices, modular monolith, SOA, event-driven).
• Maîtrise des langages C#, TypeScript et Python et des frameworks associés.
• Solide connaissance des bases de données relationnelles et des plateformes cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Compréhension des principes DevOps et CI/CD.
• Capacités stratégiques, analytiques et leadership technique.
• Excellentes aptitudes de communication et d'organisation.

Responsibilities

• Définir l'architecture logicielle pour les nouvelles applications et les évolutions systèmes.

Position

The Software Architect is an experienced professional in software development. Their role is to design and define the technical architecture of information systems to ensure their performance, scalability, and maintainability. They work closely with development teams to translate functional requirements into a robust and efficient technical solution.

Architecture Design and Development

• Define the software architecture for new applications and the evolution of existing systems, taking into account functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, maintainability, etc.).


• Choose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.


• Document the architecture (diagrams, technical specifications, etc.).


• Create proofs of concept and develop prototypes to validate architectural and technological approaches.


• Identify and mitigate potential technical risks related to the architecture and implementation of solutions.

Technical Leadership

• Guide development teams in the implementation of the architecture.


• Establish and promote best practices in coding, design, and testing.


• Ensure code compliance with standards and best practices.


• Conduct code reviews and training sessions as needed.

Technology Watch

• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and market trends.


• Evaluate potential tools and solutions.


• Propose innovations to improve efficiency and quality.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand needs.


• Present technical solutions clearly and concisely.


• Resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• The working language is French, all internal meetings (including interviews) at Croesus are conducted in French, so a strong proficiency in French is mandatory.


• University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.


• More than 7 years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in an architect role.


• Significant experience in the design and deployment of complex, large-scale systems.


• Technical skills Excellent command of architecture patterns (microservices, modular monolith, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), event-driven architecture).


• In-depth knowledge of programming languages (C#, TypeScript, Python) and associated frameworks.


• Solid experience with relational databases.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).


• Understanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration (CI/CD).


• Professional skills Strategic and analytical thinking: ability to see the big picture and anticipate challenges.


• Technical leadership: ability to influence and inspire teams.
