Job summary

A leading mental health organization in Guelph is seeking a Social Worker to provide client-centered treatment and recovery support as part of a collaborative inter-disciplinary team. The position requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers. Qualifications

  • Registered Social Worker in Ontario.
  • Training in CBT and/or DBT modalities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide client-centered treatment and recovery-oriented support.
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment/recovery plans with clients.
  • Facilitate therapeutic group and individual sessions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
