What You Need To Be Successful
  • You have a Bachelor of Social Work or a Master of Social Work
  • You are a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
  • 1 to 2 years of community experience is an asset
  • You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
  • You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
  • You have ability to travel within the Peterborough community as part of the CBI Health Home Health Services team
