Skills Needed for Success

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university
• Knowledge of multiple community resources in Toronto
• Current active registration with the Ontario College of Certified Social Workers (SWW) in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
• Completed vulnerable sector screening (VSS) within 12 months of hire (or in process) and a current criminal records check
