• Experience in Addictions and Mental Health would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work with community liaisons to ensure treatment team meets obligations.
• Consult and guide treatment team on supervised community care plans.
• Facilitate meetings of the treatment team and related parties.
• Assess clients and develop treatment plans or programs.
• Provide emergency/crisis intervention/stabilization services.
